Narrating the Story of the Martyrdom in the Mosque on the Occasion of Muharram

Question

If in some mosque not even the Tablighi Nisab (“The Tabligh Curriculum”) is read, is it permissible there to sit in the mosque and narrate the account of the martyrdom, or not?

Answer

Even then this narration of the martyrdom should not be adopted; it is the way of the Shi‘a, who make special arrangements for it in this month.
