The commission agent’s deduction

Question

Question: Buyers from outside come to the commission agents of Mubarakpur, and in their presence the commission agents buy saris from the weavers. A fixed commission is settled between the commission agents and the buyers. At whatever price the commission agent buys the saris, the buyer pays the commission agents the price of the saris on that same basis together with the commission.

Answer

The weavers bring their goods to the commission agent so that he sells their goods; buyers come and buy at the commission shop; the commission agent takes the price from them and gives it to the weavers, and takes some brokerage for himself.
