Registering another’s land in one’s own name

Question

Question: (1) There was a man named Rasul Ahmad who had four sons: Asghar Husayn, Sikandar Husayn, Roshan Husayn and Amjad Husayn. All of Rasul Ahmad’s property was divided among these four brothers, and so it has continued to this day; moreover, all the heirs are still in possession. However, after ’47 the son of Sikandar Husayn, by paying ten times the land revenue, somehow secretly had a jointly held piece of land registered in his own name.

Answer

(1) When the government, having abolished the landlord system, declared all lands to be its own property, all land became government land; the landlord is not the owner. Then the land that Husayn had registered in his name by depositing the tenfold became his according to the law.
