A Particular Fabricated Salawat: “Hazrat Too Is Present Here”

Question

In our area people recite the following salawat: [ar]صلِّ علىٰ نبيِّنا، صلِّ علىٰ محمد ٭ دم بدم پڑھو درود، حضرت بھی ہیں یہاں موجود ٭ پڑھو صلِّ علىٰ محمد[/ar] “Salli ‘ala nabiyyina, salli ‘ala Muhammad ٭ with every breath recite the salawat — Hazrat (the Prophet ﷺ) too is present here ٭ recite: salli ‘ala Muhammad…” and so on. Is this salawat established from any hadith, or is it fabricated?

Answer

In this form it is not established from any hadith. The belief that Hazrat (the Prophet ﷺ) too is present here is not correct; repentance from it is obligatory.
