A Particular Quality of the Houris of Paradise

Question

In Paradise there will be the hur al-‘in (the wide-eyed houris) and others, and their beauty, loveliness and delicacy will be boundless — so much so that it is recorded that the marrow of their shins will be visible through the bone and flesh. So will the private parts also be visible, or will they be concealed? What kind of delicacy is this?

Answer

The one to whom a houri belongs — if he wishes that such-and-such a limb of hers should also become visible, that limb of hers will become visible to him; just as whichever limb of his wife a man wishes to see, there is no prohibition for him in that.
