A Deed for Being Among the First to Enter Paradise

Question

If someone longs to be among the first to enter Paradise, is there any deed for that or not?

Answer

Let him adhere to the rulings of the Sacred Law, keep up the constant recitation of the Kalima Tayyiba, and continually supplicate for entry among the first; let him fully abstain from those deeds for which the threat of entering the Fire has been given, and constantly attend to those deeds for which the glad tidings of entering Paradise have been given.
