الْحَلَالُ بَيِّنٌ وَالْحَرَامُ بَيِّنٌ، وَبَيْنَهُمَا مُشَبَّهَاتٌ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا كَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ، فَمَنِ اتَّقَى الْمُشَبَّهَاتِ اسْتَبْرَأَ لِدِينِهِ وَعِرْضِهِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The lawful is clear and the unlawful is clear, and between them are doubtful matters that many people do not know. Whoever guards against the doubtful matters protects his religion and his honor.”

Description

Offal — internal organs, head, tail, feet, skin and rind of slaughtered animals and poultry: liver, heart, kidneys, tripe, tongue, chicken skin, pork rind. Under TR CU 034/2013 offal also includes pig skins and belly (teat) parts. The species is stated when offal is sold as such (for poultry — TR EAEU 051/2021, point 114(a))
