Description

Fruit (apple, pear, banana and unspecified “fruit”), their juices, concentrates, purées and fillings. The fruit itself is plant-based. For clarifying juices the EAEU allows gelatine from skin collagen, isinglass, caseinates, chitosan; the EU expressly names, of animal aids, only edible gelatine. Reconstituted juices get back their aroma, which may be extracted with food-grade alcohol.

Fruit — apple, pear, banana and unspecified "fruit", their juices, concentrates, purées and fillings — is plant-based. The fruit peel is coated with wax and shellac E904 (an insect secretion that retains particles of the insect itself)
