Description

Caramel colour class I: food carbohydrates heated without ammonium or sulphite compounds. Possible links: lactose (allowed in the USA); antifoam — polyglycerol esters whose raw materials under US rules may include lard and tallow; distillery stillage in one patent; honey — for Polish mead; used directly in beer, whisky, rum, brandy, cognac and other alcoholic beverages.
