Giving the produce of land endowed for a religious madrasa to a school

Question

Our late father, during his lifetime, endowed land to a madrasa for the service of a religious madrasa. At first religious education and education according to that curriculum was given. After a few years the members of the madrasa changed it and, adding English and Hindi, ran it entirely according to the Higher Secondary course.

Answer

Since the religious service for which your late father gave that land to the madrasa no longer exists there, and rather the opposite has been established, and your father ﵀ himself stopped giving the grain of that land there, then all of you too should not give grain there but should spend it on religious education.
