Is the Rector or the Imam Bound by the Counsel of the Shura?

Question: Several years ago, a few benevolent people among us consulted together about establishing a madrasa for the religious education and upbringing of Muslim children. Agreeing on this, the work was begun: land was acquired, donations were collected, the plan was approved by the municipality, and construction began. Allah Most High helped and the madrasa was built, and its necessities (including a hostel, a kitchen and so on) were on the whole provided.

Answer

Allah is the One who guides to what is right. Respected sir, wa ʿalaykum al-salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. We praise Him and invoke blessings upon His noble Messenger. (1) Regarding the father, this view and statement is correct: the father’s rank is high.
