The Imam Making Tea with the Hammam’s Coal

Question

Where firewood is available in plenty, may the imam cook tea and the like with the coal and the like that is given for the hammam (water-heating), or not?

Answer

If those who gave the firewood give permission for the imam to put it to his own use as well, then the imam is permitted.
