“I Have Given You Talaq, and My Allah and Messenger ﷺ Have Also Given You Talaq”

Question: A man said to his wife: “I have given you talaq, and my Allah and Messenger have also given you talaq”. What kind of talaq will take effect by this?

Answer

Sunni (in accordance with the sunna). Addendum That is, one in number, and revocable (raj‘i).
