Cutting the Nails and Hair in a State of Janaba

Question

When ghusl has become obligatory, is it permissible to cut the nails and hair before the ghusl or not?

Answer

Having the nails and hair cut in a state of janaba is makruh. One should have them cut after becoming pure.
