Pool water supplied through a pipe to toilets
Question
In our madrasa, flush-system toilets have been built. The water for them first comes from a tank, which has become connected to the pool of the mosque, and the pool water is used in them. Using it gives one a kind of unpleasant feeling. Outwardly no Shari‘a objection to its use is apparent. If Your Honour knows of any specific fiqh ruling (juz'iyya) [on this], kindly inform us.
Answer
This is a natural distaste. What difficulty can there be in using a large quantity of water (ma' kathir)?
