Moving aside from the row after the imam's salam

Question

At the end of the congregational prayer, some muqtadis move slightly away from the row and sit facing the qibla — for some reason (?) or because of severe heat or cold — and, having completed the tasbih, join in the du'a together with the imam and then leave. Are these muqtadis hypocrites (munafiq) or sinners?

Answer

By doing so they are neither hypocrites nor sinners.
