Reciting al-Tahiyyat in place of al-Hamd

Question

(1) He recited al-Tahiyyat in place of al-Hamd. (2) On remembering, he recited al-Hamd. Will sajda al-sahw be wajib or not?

Answer

(1) In which rak‘a? (2) Sajda al-sahw will be wajib.
