What should someone asleep in the mosque do when the congregation begins?
Question
A person has fallen asleep in the mosque and nobody knows about it; outside, the congregational prayer is in progress, and there is no free space for him to leave in any direction. What is the ruling for him?
Answer
If he passes out between the worshippers in such a way that he does not invalidate anyone's prayer through [someone's] chest being turned away from the qibla, let him come out; otherwise let him remain seated where he is.
