If a follower dies during the prayer
Question
The congregational prayer is in progress, and one of the followers has passed away; [the body] is lying in front of the congregation, and the imam has two rak'as or one rak'a remaining. What is the ruling, since the deceased (janaza) is lying in front?
Answer
Those in front of whom he lies in such a way that no room for sajda remains at all and performing sajda has become difficult should lift him and remove him from in front of them, and then join the prayer; the rest of the people should complete the prayer in their [existing] state.
