Prompting does not invalidate the muqtadi's prayer

Question

If the imam has already recited more than three verses and forgets while reciting the next verse, and a muqtadi prompts him, but the imam, not taking the prompt, afterwards performs sajda al-sahw — will the prayer of the prompter become fasid (invalid) or not?

Answer

The prayer of the prompter certainly did not become fasid, but performing sajda al-sahw on account of this is wrong.
