Reversed recitation (qira’a ma‘kusa) in the prayer
Question
What is the ruling if in the prayer, during the recitation, the Qur’an is inadvertently recited in reverse order — for example, Surah al-Falaq in the first rak‘a and Surah al-Ikhlas in the second?
Answer
Sajda al-sahw is not required because of this.
