Prayer Behind Raza-Khanis and Their Citing of a Dar al-Ulum Fatwa

Question

The Raza-Khani sect (followers of Ahmad Raza Khan, i.e. Barelvis) has introduced all kinds of bid‘as into the religion; declaring the senior ulama of truth and their followers to be disbelievers (takfir) and sinners (tafsiq) has become its habit, and division and discord among Muslims is its particular aim. They believe that the Prophet ﷺ knows the unseen (‘alim al-ghayb) and is present everywhere and all-seeing. They regard the respected “Bara Pir” (“the Great Guide”, an epithet of Shaykh ‘Abd al-Qadir Jilani)

Answer

Of the matters mentioned in the question, some are kufr, some are shirk, and some are haram and grave disobedience. Once they are established and proven, the question of imamate does not even remain. [As for] the fatwa of the Dar al-Ulum that is cited — was a request for a fatwa (istifta’) made on it with these matters written out?
