What Is the Ruling If the Imam Makes Improper Jokes

Question

The respected imam sits at the place of ablution and makes filthy, filthy jokes, and also does other such things because of which there is a fear that the congregation will break up, and the cleaning of the mosque may stop.

Answer

A request should be made to the respected imam: “This is contrary to your office; kindly be careful to avoid it.”
