Waiting for the congregation after the adhan

Question

After the adhan, what is the minimum and the maximum time one should wait for the congregation?

Answer

As long as the disliked (makruh) time does not set in, those who regularly attend the congregation are able to arrive, and those who came at the start are not burdened by the wait.
