Touching Tafsir Books Without Wudu

Question

Will it be permissible to touch, without wudu, a tafsir of the Holy Qur'an in which most of the text is in Urdu, while in places the verses of the Noble Qur'an are written, or not?

Answer

It is permissible to touch such a book without wudu; however, one should not touch with the hand the place where the Holy Qur’an is written — touching a place free of it is permitted.
