Rulings on Mut‘a Marriage

Question

If a scholar (‘alim) contracts a mut‘a marriage, knowing full well that temporary marriage is haram, and then has intercourse with her, what is the ruling? Apparently it seems that the hadd for zina should be established against him. Then, will lineage (nasab) be established from it or not? And will any other ruling, besides the hadd for zina, be applied on the part of the Shari‘a or not?

Answer
