One Who Denies the Sunna of the Miswak

What is the status of one who denies the sunna of the miswak?

[ar]السِّوَاكُ سُنَّةٌ، وَاعْتِقَادُ سُنِّيَّتِهِ فَرْضٌ، وَتَحْصِيلُ عِلْمِهِ سُنَّةٌ، وَجُحُودُهُ كُفْرٌ، وَجَهْلُهُ حِرْمَانٌ، وَتَرْكُهُ عِتَابٌ أَوْ عِقَابٌ[/ar] “The miswak is a sunna; believing in its being sunna is obligatory; acquiring knowledge of it is sunna; denying it is kufr; ignorance of it is deprivation; and abandoning it [brings] reproach or punishment”…
