Teaching Women Without Due Hijab

Question

A certain religious scholar teaches women at a high school, and there is no particular arrangement for hijab. All that is observed is that the woman’s body remains covered, but her face remains uncovered. Is it permissible for the religious scholar to teach in such a situation or not?

It is not permissible to teach in such a situation.
