Taking Service from Underage Children for the Sake of Upbringing

Question

If water is fetched from a tap or a well by asking underage children [to bring it], may it be used or not?

Answer

Service should not be taken from underage children, unless one is their guardian and carer (murabbi) and takes work from them for the purpose of teaching and upbringing — whether it is fetching water from a tap or well, or bringing some purchased item.
