Publishing Necessary, Authenticated Rulings
Question
The questioner has taken certain necessary rulings from books of fiqh, had them verified by authoritative scholars, and published them; he has sent them to the Dar al-Ifta [asking]: is his approach correct or not? Please advise.
Answer
Your approach — taking necessary rulings from authenticated and reliable books of fiqh, obtaining the verification of trustworthy scholars for them, and publishing them, whereby the general Muslim public gains awareness — is excellent, and, Allah Most High willing, is a cause of reward and recompense. May the Truth Most High accept it.
