Departing from Mina

Question

This matter too is very difficult. For elderly weak men and women: on the 10th of Dhu l-Hijja let the weak men and women make the stay at night, when the crowd thins, right up to before true dawn (subh sadiq); likewise on the 11th of Dhu l-Hijja the stay is from after maghrib. On the 12th of Dhu l-Hijja almost all the honoured pilgrims return from Mina; if women are accompanying, then it is also appropriate that one should return to Mina (?) on the 12th of Dhu l-Hijja.

Answer

Doing so is makruh, but a dam will not be wajib; and in consideration of the women and the weak, the karaha (dislike) itself will also be lightened.
