[ar]ولا بأس بتقبيل يد العالم والمتورع على سبيل التبرك. (درر) ونقل المصنف عن الجامع أنه لا بأس بتقبيل يد الحاكم المتدين والسلطان العادل، وقيل: سنة. مجتبى. ولا رخصة فيه، أي في تقبيل اليد، لغيرهما، أي لغير عالم وعادل، هو المختار. مجتبى. وفي المحيط: إن لتعظيم إسلامه وإكرامه جاز، وإن لنيل الدنيا كره.
