How to obtain reimbursement for treatment under an employer medical scheme

Question: In our office, medical facilities are provided in such a way that we cannot get treatment from any doctor other than a few nominated doctors, and only a few specific medicines are supplied, which is sheer injustice to us. But whenever we or members of our household fall ill, we have to get treated by some senior doctor, paying a fee of 20 rupees, and he prescribes many kinds of medicines.

Answer

If it is your right by law, and that right is being unjustly suppressed, and there is no way of obtaining it other than this, then it is correct for you to obtain your right.
