Question: Does fulfilling a sworn guarantee that fully accords with the Islamic Shari‘a take precedence over zakat, charity, Hajj and sacrifice?

Answer

The rights of the servants (huquq al-‘ibad) take precedence over the discharge of zakat, charity, Hajj and sacrifice.
