Taking a high profit on market-bought medicine presented as one’s own
Question
Question: If a person buys Hamdard medicines from the market and gives them to patients in such a way as if he were giving his own medicines, and earns a profit many times greater than the actual labour, is this right or not?
Answer
If he is not an agent of Hamdard, but rather buys with his own money, becomes the owner, sells the medicines and takes a profit, then this is valid.
