A Form of Remuneration for Labour

Question

Question: Zayd ordered goods in his own name from a certain fund, but because of some financial constraint he is unable to release (clear by payment) these goods. The goods cannot be returned either, since that would be regarded as a breach of the commercial and ethical code. So he asked another person to release the goods.

Answer

If the one who ordered the goods cannot release them because of some constraint, and at some point tells another person to release them, and a fee is fixed for this releasing, bringing and keeping them safely, then it is correct, whether it is called an agent’s fee or commission; but in reality it is a remuneration for labour.
