The ruling of tamlik and its method

What is meant by tamlik? What conditions are required for it? What is the method of carrying it out? And if after the tamlik the person to whom the ownership was transferred does not agree to give it (for the intended purpose), what should be done?

Answer

Tamlik means that a certain property is given to a person in such a way that he becomes its owner, possessor, and actual proprietor. Its sign is that if this person spends it on his own needs, the giver does not feel displeased.
