Incorporating a Graveyard into an Eidgah

Question

If a graveyard that is a waqf is incorporated into the Eidgah (the ground for the Eid prayer) — may this be done or not, given that there is no other place apart from it?

Answer

If another graveyard exists for burial, and the people there agree to stop burials in the graveyard adjoining the Eidgah and to incorporate it into the Eidgah, and there is no strife (fitna) in this, then incorporating it into the Eidgah is permissible.
