The supplication at the time of sacrifice

Question

Question: (1) Please write the intention for the sacrifice together with the transmitted (ma’thur) supplications, with references to the books. (2) Also mention, in accordance with the Qur’an and hadith, the supplication that is transmitted for the acceptance of the sacrifice, and write it with a hadith reference. Kindly answer both questions separately. Explain, and you will be rewarded.
