The reward for slaughtering the sacrificial animal

Question: There is a righteous man, and the people of the neighbourhood have their sacrificial animals slaughtered by him precisely because he is righteous. Will he receive the reward for slaughtering the sacrifice?

This righteous man does receive reward.
