Sacrificing a goat less than a year old

Question: A she-goat is just a little — that is, a few days — short of a year, but in appearance she looks a full year old. Is her sacrifice correct or not?

Answer

The sacrifice of such a goat is not correct until she has completed a full year (“Shami”, p. 205, vol. 5).
