The ‘idda of a woman who does not menstruate

Question

Question: Zahida does not menstruate at all, and she is fully young. Her husband has given her talaq. What is her ‘idda?

Answer

If the husband has already had intercourse with her, her ‘idda is three months; if he has not had intercourse with her, the ‘idda is not wajib upon her.
