A condition giving the wife the right of talaq

Question

A condition was taken from a man that if the woman, after a quarrel of any kind, stays in her father’s house for three months and the man does not look after her (does not enquire about her), then the right to give one, two, three talaqs rests with the woman. At present the woman, having given herself three talaqs, is sitting in her own home completely free. In this situation, may the woman contract another marriage (nikah) or not?
