Ground Does Not Become Impure by Getting Wet from Rain
Question
The ground of some forest became wet because of rain. Has that place, then, remained pure or become impure? May we perform the prayer in that place without spreading a cloth, or not?
Answer
Since there is no impurity there, it will not be called impure (najis) merely because it has become wet from rain; the prayer there is valid even without spreading a cloth.
