How to Purify Aluminium, Plastic and the Like

Question

The body, and things into which water and the like is not absorbed — aluminium, plastic and so on — when they become impure, whether with a visible or an invisible impurity: if water is poured over them from above in a single go, continuously, in such a quantity, while rubbing them, that certainty of their purity is attained — have they become pure or not?

Answer

In this way they will become pure.
