Game shot with a gun

Question

Question: After how long is an animal shot with a gun deemed dead (carrion), if the hunter fired after saying “bismillah”?

Answer

If the hunter fired after saying “bismillah” and the animal (beast or bird) died from it, it will become carrion. If it is slaughtered before it dies, it will become halal. If, on slaughtering an animal that is insensible and motionless, blood came out as it comes out when a living animal is slaughtered, it will be halal.
