The wajib acts of prayer and the takbir of qunut in witr

Question

(1) What are the wajib acts of prayer? (2) The takbir of qunut, that is, saying “Allahu akbar” and raising the hands up to the earlobes in order to recite the du‘a’ of qunut — is this wajib?

(1–2) [ar]ولها واجبات، وهي: قراءة فاتحة الكتاب، وضم سورة، وتعيين القراءة في الأوليين، وتقديم الفاتحة على السورة، ورعاية الترتيب فيما يتكرر، وتعديل الأركان، والقعود الأول، وتشهدان، ولفظ السلام، وقنوت الوتر، وكذا تكبير قنوته[/ar] “Prayer has wajib acts: reciting the Opening of the Book (al-Fatiha)
