The qibla for a Muslim on the Moon

Question

If a Muslim reaches the Moon and wishes to pray, in which direction will his qibla be?

Answer

The direction in which one prays while on the Earth is the very direction in which one is commanded to pray in that place: [ar]حَيْثُ مَا كُنتُمْ فَوَلُّوا۟ وُجُوهَكُمْ شَطْرَهُۥ[/ar] “Wherever you are, turn your faces towards it” (Surah al-Baqara, 2:144).
