Verification of the Hadith “Whoever Dresses in a Guise Not His Own…”
Question
The hadith “Whoever dresses in a guise not his own and is killed, his blood is forfeit,” which the late, respected Hazrat Shah ﵀ narrated from a Companion among the jinn, and which the elders of Deoband also transmit in an unbroken chain from the respected Hazrat Shah — what is its status according to the noble scholars of hadith?
