Answer
In the fourth juz’ of the Qur’an, the phrase: [ar]وَمَا ٱلنَّصْرُ إِلَّا مِنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ[/ar] “…and victory comes only from Allah, the Almighty, the All-Wise” (Surah Al ‘Imran, 3:126), is called the “Ayat Qutb.” It is related from some of the elders that it is recited seven times after every prayer, accompanied by salawat at the beginning and end.
